myHRpeople is headed by Len and Steve. We are experts in HR and have the most highly skilled and experienced team possible working with us. We are helpful, supportive, jargon free and most importantly really easy to work with.
As the senior partners of the team we have over 40 years of high level business management, HR experience and qualifications, under our belt. We always ensure there's never ambiguity in the way we work, and in the advice we give you. We pride ourselves on the speed and quality of our response to your needs.
Getting the best from people is crucial for any organisation and sometimes challenging and difficult. We work in a balanced and measured way ensuring that you receive the right advice and support. However we also strive to make sure that working with us is as stress free, and enjoyable, as the problem will allow!
Steve has been involved in management, training and HR for approaching 30 years. Prior to myHRpeople he was a Senior Advisor with the Arbitration Service ACAS, where he specialised in major change programmes and providing advice on areas of HR work such as equality and diversity, job evaluation, discipline and grievance.
Working at ACAS gave Steve the opportunity to learn about complex and unusual employment issues making him well placed to advise any organisation.
Steve also works closely with Equality North East and is chair of the North East Employers' Network.
