We’ve outlined our values to demonstrate our core beliefs and the mission behind My HR People.
Enjoyment
It is important to us that we enjoy what we do. We also believe that people learn better if they are involved with the project and are enjoying it.
Pragmatic
We are not theorists but we recognise good practice. We will not accept a project if it is not going to make a practical difference.
Honesty
We pride ourselves on telling it like it is.
Respect
For everyone.
