Steve on Len
Len is much better looking than me, well at least he has most of his own hair. He is also more eloquent but he does read the Telegraph whereas I prefer the Mirror.
He is really good at analyzing people problems and providing practical solutions. In his work with both the EEF and myhrpeople he has encountered a wide range of problems in organisations and as a result there are not many situations he has not experienced.
What we do share is that we have been there, seen it and done it and we are delighted to share our experience. But we are also delighted to find new problems to explore.
